OB case management
We offer free case managment support to patients before, during and after pregnancy. Designed to supplement the prenatal care and education you receive from your doctor during pregnancy. Our OB Case Manager strives to help you stay healthy during pregnancy so that your baby will be born healthy and full-term.
The case manager will contact you during each trimester of your pregnancy to see how you are feeling and to answer any of your questions. You will receive information on what you can expect before, during, and after birth. You will also be informed about community resources and support groups available to you during your pregnancy and immediately after your baby is born. Your case manager will also help you find a pediatrician to care for your baby.
If you have complications during your pregnancy, your case manager will work closely with your doctor to coordinate necessary services. Your case manager will contact you often to provide the additional support and information you may need during this time.
