Friend Family Health Center offers social work services, which includes, but are not limited to, a comprehensive assessment of the patient/family and assistance with referrals to various services within their community to meet their needs, including mental health counseling, psychiatry, substance abuse treatment, home health care, durable medical equipment, early intervention evaluations, support groups, and medically necessary transportation assistance.
