The Friend Family Health Center (FFHC) provides a wide range of health and social services for people of all ages and offers a sliding fee discount program for those without insurance. As a community health center, we want to make a difference in the community and be your medical home, Serving the South Side of Chicago at five locations, FFHC provides primary medical care by pediatricians, adolescent specialists, internists (adult doctors), obstetrics/ gynecologists (prenatal and women's health), family practitioners, and nurse practitioners. We also provide specialty care in developmental and behavioral pediatrics and have special clinics for newborns and children with asthma.

Our support services include:

• on-site laboratory
• referral coordinators
• telephone nurse triage
• nutrition

We also have a Women, Infant, and Children's Nutritional Program (WIC) office at the 55th and Cottage Grove location.
